We offer free shipping within the UAE for orders that exceed 300 AED.

  • Within UAE: 1-3 working days.
  • International: 5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.

6. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day from the time the order is placed.

7. Shipping Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

8. Handling Delays

In the event of a shipping delay exceeding two working days, we will notify you immediately and offer a 20% discount on your next order as compensation.


Refund Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. We offer free returns within this period.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition without any damages. Used products are not eligible for a refund.
